We NAILED the running backs last week. Please tell me that you had the TG30 & Phillip Lindsay combo that netted you 47.3 points for $13,600 combined! This week we’re feeling strongly about our QB picks.

Here’s to Week 3:

Safe- Kirk Cousins ($6,800)

Two games in and Captain Kirk is earning that paycheck (335 yards/ 3 TDs per game average). We’re taking bets on whether Thielen or Diggs’ performance will make the next Bills CB retire. Vikings will stomp Buffalo at home, and Dalvin Cook missing this week to injury probably means Cousins gets to throw.

Value- Cam Newton ($6,000)

The real value comes from Norv Turner’s willingness to run Cam more. Through the first two games, Cam already has 100 yards rushing and a TD on 18 carries. Team that up with the Bengals giving up 332 yards per game through the air, Super Cam is a super value at $6K.

Safe- Saquon Barkley ($7,600)

The Texans are exactly “meh” when it comes to defense vs. RBs (16th) and they haven’t faced a back with Saquon’s thighs or talent yet. He’s touching the ball about 23 times per game, even when the o-line is a turnstile.

Value- Tevin Coleman ($6,400)

We’re expecting a shootout vs. New Orleans since there were 9 offensive TDs the last time they faced each other. Coleman looks to be a great pick up until his running-mate, Devonta Freeman, returns from his knee injury.

Safe- Michael Thomas ($8,900)

We played him last week and he treated us to 12 receptions for 89 yards and 2 tuddies. He’s seeing 15 targets a game and is absolutely worth the almost $9K price. The Falcons are going to have a hard time keeping Thomas out of the end zone.

Value- Keelan Cole ($5,600)

THIS is your reason… this kid could be special!

Safe- Travis Kelce ($6,700)

Last week’s bounce back game proves that week one was a complete fluke. Pick him for the potential 30 points he can provide from the TE slot or just pick him because you get to watch his sick dance moves as he celebrates another touchdown vs. the 49ers.

Value- Jordan Reed ($5,000)

Tight ends are such a tricky thing. A monster game comes few and far between. You’re more likely to lose money than win it when it comes to TEs. Jordan Reed has a really good floor of 5 catches for 50 yards, with an upside of a garbage TD after the Packers molly wop the Skins this weekend.

Safe- Bears DST ($3,500)

You’re essentially paying for Khalil Mack and we feel good on that bet. The Cardinals have scored only 6 points through two games….

Value- Eagles DST ($3,000)

I wouldn’t spend less than this on a defense this week. Andrew Luck is not back, despite what you hear from commentators drooling over him. The Eagles aggressive D-line will most likely create a couple more sloppy picks.
